This one hit me. I was just thinking of a time when I trusted someone and ended up being totally wrong about the person. It's disheartening to say the least.
It's happened more than once in different ways, in both big and small parts of my life.
I've learned to lean on the One who can always be trusted and that has gotten me through a lot.
The trials I've faced pale in comparison to what our country's early pioneers endured, but they are my trials. I pray that everyone will learn to rely on our Heavenly Father, sooner rather than later. It's the one sure way to have peace and happiness.
Imagine being in front of a small fire looking out into the darkness hoping nothing is coming to take you. And looking up into that amazing star filled sky praying to God to deliver you to tomorrow. Holding your kids close. Crying and staring into that fire. And waking up the next day thanking God and remembering what you prayed for, fearing no evil as you walk through the valley of the shadow of death as he delivers you. May it be the same for us.
I'm a boomer but I wouldn't forgive anyone who murdered my child. The color of the murderer is a non-issue. I'd be there for every parole hearing, too.
But as an Albertan, I gotta say, 99% of us wouldn’t ever want to separate. Total bullshit video lol. Can you imagine how much it would cost for us to print our own money, make our own Alberta passports, come up with our own pension plan, do everything like that? It would take decades for us to pay for all that shit and get it organized, and in the meantime, we wouldn’t be allowed to travel out of our own land locked province so it would be bullshit beyond belief.

I know there is a lot of controversy if Jesus actually existed. But then again he's the only person that ever lived that is still talked about today as still being alive. I know he's in my heart. I am so grateful for the day I asked for a sign and it was given to me and that night I got on my knees and got saved. Praise God!
There is so much evidence proving the bible to be true historically, scientifically, nautically ; I know Jesus was documented in Greek or other ancient writings as well my personal experience.
Frankly, looking around and seeing how everything is against Lord Jesus Christ, what grieves God is made mainstream give me additional proof Almighty God and Lord Jesus Christ of the King James Version of the Holy Bible is spot on.
Almighty God is so merciful and generous to give us scripture to guide and assure us and get to know Him.

Amen to King James Bible! After I learned of all the changes made from KJV to ESV I got mad. I switched and that is how I learned what the bible actually says.
